Mom infront of our hotel
Mom & I have arrived. We got to the (above) hotel in London about 6:00pm (local time). Mom had a slight headache and laid down for a minute which ended up being all night and I quickly jointed her. But, the flight over was Beautiful (with a capital B).
Today (Thursday) we had a nice breakfast, in the hotel. And then out and about. We got our tickets for the train through the Chunnel. Then, we took a vvvery long bus ride to . . . (guess where) - wrong. We went to the Costco in London (well way outside of London). It looks exactly like those in California, complete with Kirkland products. We even had lunch there, and of course had the hot dog/soda for 1.50 (only it was pounds not dollars, but still 1.50).
Tonight we are going to take it easy and hit the cobblestones again tomorrow.
This is from MOM: I love LONDON, it is so exciting being here! I really love all the old buildings and the people, it is great! Our hotel is OK, it is clean and we have our own bathroom. so no complaints. oh and a full breadfast, oh yea! Love Mom

The kids and I read your message and enjoyed hearing about your first couple days.
Maddie says, "I hope that you have a great time there. I hope that you feel cumfy there. I wish that we could be on a double decker bus with you. Where are you going next?"
Ben says, "I hope you have a nice and stuffed animal that you really like and a bed and not kid toys. I hope that you ride on a double-decker bus."
Sophia wasn't much help in contributing this time, as she was busy working on 2 Binks.
The photo is really great. Look like a local pommie, mama. We miss you. We showed the photo to Jacob and said, "look it is Grandma" and he in return said, "Grandma, hi". Hope you have a fantastic trip. Looking forward to the next posting. Love you guys!!!

oh my gosh!! you're in ENGLAND!! :) i'm so happy for you!! isn't it great there? hopefully me and kyle will get a chance to go someday. :)

eat lotsof yummy food, ofcourse i agree with mike, do go for the tea. (english afternoon with little sandwich and sweets are always a yum!)

Hi Grandma and Papa, we miss you guys, but are happy that your enjoying yourselves. My mom said to eat a lot of great cheese and bread for her in Paris. Okay drink lot's of wine too. Looking forward to more pics and news...
